MITCH VARLEY
With experience in video & photo starting at age 6, Mitch Varley has accrued the skills and education necessary to operate under his primary philosophy:
Be a one-man media production team.
After 3 years at Sheridan College, Mitch founded a freelance production company in 2015. Since then, Mitch's work has seen massively successful returns for his clients, having worked with world-class names & brands, amassing over 13 Billion views on YouTube as of 2024.
Sporting a creative mind and diverse skill set, Mitch translates ideas into media, from concept to export.
TIMELINE
HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
1998 - 2005
Mitch's interest in video started with looking through his father's camcorder and making home videos at the age of 6. Barely able to hold the camera still, Mitch learned the do-nots of videography, and eventually how to avoid them.
SHERIDAN COLLEGE
2012 - 2015
Mitch attended Sheridan for Media Fundamentals, where his specialty in video drove him to a 4.0 GPA in second semester. He furthered his training in Broadcast Journalism, where he received Sheridan's Best ENG Camera Operator award.
DILAWRI
2016 - 2020
With a year of freelance under his belt, Mitch decided to branch off and join Dilawri Group of Companies, Canada's largest automotive retailer. There, he created video, photo, and audio content for Ontario's 18 dealerships.

FINDING THE NICHE
2006 - 2011
In 2006, Mitch got his first DV camcorder as a birthday gift, and went on to create videos with his friends for leisure. Once the tools were sharp enough, Mitch started producing video content for his high school band's social media.

2015 - Present
Freelancing has granted Mitch the opportunity to work with several world-class companies, clients, and brands, creating media that would see massive online success - accruing over 13 Billion views cumulatively on YouTube alone.
LEGENDARY MOTORCAR
2020 - 2022
Continuing to work through the COVID-19 pandemic, Mitch joined forces with Legendary Motorcar, carrying the torch of Dream Car Garage - one of the first automotive TV shows ever produced - and bringing it online to YouTube.
